Affiliate programme

The terms

Version 1.3 · 2026-10-18

This is the agreement between you and us about the affiliate programme. It is written to be read, not to be survived, and every number in it is a number the software actually applies.

OPERATOR DETAILS TO BE FILLED IN: the legal entity behind Streambliss, its address, and the law these terms are read under. Nothing else in this document depends on it.

1Who can join

Anybody with a Streambliss account. There is no application and no minimum audience. Joining means accepting these terms; the version you accepted is recorded against your account.

One account, one referral code. You may label your links as often as you like, but a second affiliate account for the same person is not allowed.

2What you earn

You earn 20% of every payment we actually receive from an account that arrived through your link, for 12 months counted from that account's first payment.

The clock starts at the first payment, not at the signup. An account that signs up in March and first pays in June earns you commission from June until the following June. After that the referral stops earning, even if the account stays with us for years.

A plan paid a year at a time makes one payment inside the window, so it earns once, not twelve times. Pro at €10 a month earns €2.00 a month; Creator at €25 a month earns €5.00 a month; Pro paid yearly at €96 earns €19.20 once.

Commission is calculated on the net amount received, excluding VAT and any other tax we collect on behalf of an authority, and after any discount the account was given. Nothing is earned on a payment we do not receive.

We may agree a higher rate with you personally. It is shown on your affiliate page and applies to every account that arrives through your link after it is set; accounts referred before keep the rate they were given. A launch promotion never lowers a rate agreed with you.

3The launch promotion

While a promotion is running, a referral stamped during it earns 50% on every payment it makes in its first 6 months instead of 20%, and the ordinary rate on every payment after that. The promotion changes the rate, never the 12 month window.

Those months are counted from that referral's own first payment, not from the day the promotion started. A referral stamped on the last day of a promotion therefore gets the same months as one stamped on the first.

The rate is written onto the referral at the moment it is stamped and is not recalculated afterwards. When the promotion ends, referrals you made during it keep it for the months it covers, and referrals made after it earn the ordinary rate. A promotion that could be withdrawn from referrals already made would not be one.

The first 100 accounts to join the programme keep 50% as their own rate, for as long as they stay in it, instead of 20%. That rate applies once any promotional months are over.

The dates and figures of a running promotion are shown on your affiliate page. We may end a promotion early for referrals not yet made, and we publish the end date before it applies.

4When it becomes yours

Every commission is held for 45 days from the payment it came from. During the hold it is visible in your ledger and is not yet payable.

The hold exists because refunds arrive after payments do. A payment refunded inside the hold simply never becomes payable, and nothing is owed by anybody.

5When it is taken back

If a payment is refunded, its commission is reversed. If the payment is charged back by the cardholder's bank, which can happen up to 120 days later, long after the hold, the commission is reversed then.

A reversal of commission that has already been paid to you is subtracted from your next payout. If that leaves your balance below zero, it stays there until later commission works it off. We will not ask you to transfer money back to us.

Reversals are rows in your ledger, like everything else. Nothing is ever edited away.

6When we pay

Payouts run monthly, on the 1st, for everything that has become payable by then. The minimum payout is €25.00; below it the balance rolls into the next month rather than being sent, because a transfer of a few euro costs more in fees than it moves. You can raise your own minimum in your settings.

Your first payout, and any payout above €300.00, is released by a person here before it is sent. This is a deliberate check against fraud, not a delay we intend to remove.

Payouts are made through Stripe Connect. Stripe collects your identity and tax details, holds your bank details and pays you; Streambliss never sees them and never holds your money. You are responsible for declaring and paying tax on what you earn.

We may suspend payouts on an account while we look into something that does not add up. If we do, we will say so, and anything found to be legitimately earned is paid.

7Credit instead of money

You can choose to take your earnings as credit against your own Streambliss subscription instead of cash. The rate is the same. Credit needs no Stripe onboarding and no tax details from you, and you can switch back at any time.

8How a referral is credited to you

When somebody opens your link, we record the visit and leave a cookie in their browser. If they create an account within 60 days, your code is stamped on that account at the moment it is created.

If somebody arrived through two affiliate links inside the window, the most recent one earns. Whoever actually convinced them is usually the one they clicked last.

The stamp happens once, at registration, and is never changed afterwards. An account that already exists cannot be credited to you later, not by you, not by support, not by us.

9What earns nothing

Your own account, and any account you control. An address that differs from your own only by a plus tag or by dots is treated as your own, and a payment made with a card we have already seen on your account is treated the same way.

Circular referrals: if the account paying is the one that referred you, it earns nothing.

Payments made after a referral's 12 months have run out, and payments we never receive.

10What you agree not to do

Do not buy advertising on the Streambliss name or on terms that exist to catch people already looking for us. Do not promise anything the product does not do, say what it does, in your own words. Do not post your link where it is not wanted, and do not pay or reward people for signing up through it.

Do not present yourself as Streambliss, as an employee of Streambliss, or as speaking on our behalf.

If you do any of this we will end the partnership. You keep whatever is already payable at that moment and nothing after it.

11Ending it

You can leave at any time from your settings. Your links stop working the same day, referrals that are already earning keep running their 12 months, and the last payout goes out on the normal schedule.

We can end your participation for the reasons in the previous section, or with notice for any other reason. In either case anything already payable is paid.

12What you see, and what you do not

Your dashboard shows each referred account as a number, with the date it signed up, which of your links it came through, what it pays for and what it has earned you. It never shows a name, an email address, or anything else about the person behind it, and we will not disclose that on request.

We keep click records as analytics for a limited time; referrals and ledger entries are kept as long as the account exists, because they are the record of money.

13Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we publish a new version and tell you before it applies to you. Staying in the programme after that means accepting the new version; the version you accepted is recorded against your account either way.

A change never reaches backwards: commission already earned is settled under the terms it was earned under.
