How to clip in Rust

In Rust the thing worth showing happens once, at four in the morning, with no second take. Streambliss Capture keeps the last moments in memory, so F8 saves the raid you just survived.

Clipping Rust in four steps

1. Install the recorder
Streambliss Capture is free for Windows 10 and 11. It installs for your user, needs no driver and no restart.
2. Play as usual
The recorder notices the game on its own and keeps the last moments in memory. Nothing is written to disk until you ask for it.
3. Press F8
The moment you just played is saved while you keep playing. F8 is the default key for it.
4. Share one link
Upload the clip and you get a link that plays in Discord and in any browser, with nothing for the viewer to install.

What is worth clipping in Rust

Raids from both sides, a roof camper finally punished, wipe day at a monument. Online raids make the best clips because everyone watching knows what was at stake.

Questions about clipping Rust

Will long sessions fill my disk?

No. Nothing is written until you press F8. The recorder holds the last moments in memory and throws away what you never asked to keep.

Is there a watermark on the clip?

No. Streambliss puts no watermark on a clip, on the free plan or on any other. What you recorded is what goes out.

Does the recorder inject into the game?

No. Capture reads frames through the capture path Windows provides and never injects code into the game. The in-game overlay that would need injection is switched off.

Do I need an account to record?

Recording and the editor run on your PC. An account is for uploading a clip and getting the link you can share.
